CNN has it backwards

The title of this CNN article is "$500K homes now selling for $200,000" but a more accurate title would be "$200K home once sold for $500K." As the realtor in the article says, "the properties were wildly overpriced." http://www.cnn.com/2009/LIVING/04/02/foreclosure.dream.homes/index.html?...
